1. General Rules
1.1. Guests are required to read and accept the Terms and Conditions (ÁSZF, Section 1) before using the services.
1.2. Services are available only to Guests aged 18 or older (ÁSZF, Section 3.2).

2. Appointments and Deposit
2.1. Appointments can only be booked through the Salonic online system (ÁSZF, Section 3.1).
2.2. For new Guests, finalizing an appointment requires payment of a HUF 5,000 deposit (ÁSZF, Sections 4.1–4.2).
2.3. Refund rules for the deposit in case of cancellation are governed by ÁSZF, Section 5.
3. Cancellation and Late Arrival
3.1. Appointments can be modified or canceled free of charge up to 48 hours before the service (ÁSZF, Section 5.1).
3.2. Cancellation or no-show within 48 hours may result in the deposit or standby fee being charged, according to ÁSZF, Sections 5.2–5.3.
3.3. If the Guest is more than 10 minutes late, the Studio reserves the right to modify or refuse the service (ÁSZF, Section 6.1).
4. Hygiene and Health
4.1. Guests must inform the Studio of any health conditions that may affect the safety of the service (ÁSZF, Section 7.1).
4.2. In case of infectious disease, cancellation or rebooking is required (ÁSZF, Section 7.2).
4.3. The Studio reserves the right to refuse or modify the service for health or safety reasons (ÁSZF, Sections 7.3–7.4).
5. Conduct and Responsibility
5.1. Guests should arrive alone if possible, without companions, children, or pets (ÁSZF, Section 6.2).
5.2. Guests are liable for any intentional damage to equipment or furniture on the premises (ÁSZF, Section 6.3).
5.3. The warranty is valid only under proper use of the service (ÁSZF, Sections 9.1–9.5).
6. Payment and Pricing
6.1. The service fee is due immediately upon completion; accepted payment methods: cash, card, Revolut, Stripe (for deposit only) (ÁSZF, Sections 8.3–8.4).

7. Data Protection and Photo/Audio Recording
7.1. By booking an appointment, Guests accept the Data Privacy Policy (ÁSZF, Section 10.1): https://projectspice-nailstudio.salonic.hu/privacy.
7.2. No photo or audio recording may be made on the premises without prior consent (ÁSZF, Sections 11.1–11.2).
8. Complaints
8.1. Complaints can be submitted in person, by phone, or by email; the Studio will investigate within 30 days (ÁSZF, Sections 13.2–13.3).
8.2. Available remedies: Consumer Protection Authority, Conciliation Board, or competent court (ÁSZF, Section 13.4).
General Terms & Conditions (GTC).
1. General Provisions
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions and House Rules (“GTC”) set out the conditions for using the hand and foot care services provided by the Business.
1.2. By booking an appointment, the Guest declares that they have read, understood, and accepted the GTC and consider them binding.
1.3. The Business: the sole proprietor providing the services.
1.4. New Guest: a person who has not previously used the services of the Business or has not had an appointment within the last 12 months.
1.5. Returning Guest: a person who has used the services of the Business within the last 12 months.

3. Appointment Booking and Formation of Contract
3.1. Appointments may be booked exclusively through the Salonic online booking system.
3.2. Services are available exclusively to Guests who have reached the age of 18.
3.3. The contract between the Business and the Guest is concluded upon email confirmation of the booking (including automated system messages).
3.4. Place of service: Hungary, 1053 Budapest, Fejér György utca 12. AS. 3.
3.5. The primary official communication channel between the Business and the Guest is email.
4. Advance Payment
4.1. For New Guests, confirmation of the appointment is subject to payment of an advance fee.
4.2. The advance fee is HUF 5,000 per appointment and must be paid no later than 48 hours after the booking is made. Payment is made via the Stripe system using the payment link sent by email after booking. The paid advance fee will be deducted from the final service price.
4.3. If the advance fee is not paid by the specified deadline, the Business is entitled to cancel the appointment.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
5.1. Appointments may be modified or cancelled free of charge no later than 48 hours before the scheduled start of the service. In such cases, the advance fee paid by New Guests will be refunded. Refunds are processed within a maximum of 10 business days from confirmation of the cancellation.
5.2. In the case of New Guests, cancellations within 48 hours or failure to attend the appointment will result in the advance fee being treated as a standby fee and it will not be refunded.
5.3. In the case of Returning Guests, cancellations within 48 hours or failure to attend entitle the Business to charge a standby fee of HUF 5,000. The standby fee charged to Returning Guests must be paid by bank transfer to the designated bank account within 10 business days of the email notification.
6. Late Arrival, Attendance, and Equipment
6.1. If the Guest arrives more than 10 minutes late, the Business is entitled to modify the scope of the service or refuse to perform the service. In the event of refusal due to lateness, the Guest is required to pay the standby fee in accordance with Sections 5.2 and 5.3 of the GTC.
6.2. Guests are requested to arrive alone whenever possible. Due to limited space, the uninterrupted provision of services, and the protection of equipment and furnishings, Guests are kindly asked to attend without companions, children, or pets where possible.
6.3. In the event of intentional damage to machines or furniture located on the premises, the Guest is obliged to compensate the resulting damage.
7. Hygiene and Health Conditions
7.1. The Guest is required to inform the Business of any health-related circumstances that may affect the safe performance of the service.
7.2. In the case of an infectious illness (e.g. cold, influenza, or other illness), the appointment must be cancelled (in accordance with Section 5 of the GTC) or rescheduled. If the reason for a cancellation within 48 hours is an infectious illness and the Guest simultaneously books a later appointment, the advance fee paid by a New Guest will be deducted from the final price of the rescheduled appointment, while Returning Guests will not be required to pay the standby fee.
7.3. The Business is entitled to refuse or modify the service for health or safety reasons, particularly in the following cases: infectious skin or nail diseases, fungal infections, open wounds, inflammation, other health risks, or suspected influence of alcohol or other mind-altering substances.
7.4. Smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited on the premises.
8. Prices, Price Changes, Payment, and Invoicing
8.1. The current price list is displayed on the premises and is also available online at https://www.projectspicenailstudio.com/árak.
8.2. The Business reserves the right to change prices; however, appointments already booked are subject to the prices valid at the time of booking.
8.3. The service fee is due immediately upon completion of the service.
8.4. Accepted payment methods: cash, bank card, Revolut instant transfer, Stripe online payment (Stripe is used exclusively for advance payments).
8.5. Invoices are issued electronically and sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.
9. Warranty and Liability
9.1. The warranty period is 7 days for nail extensions and 5 days for gel polish, under normal and intended use.
9.2. The warranty is valid only if the Guest does not touch their nails, hair, clothing, facial skin, or other surfaces during the service, does not use a phone, and does not disrupt the work process.
9.3. The warranty becomes void if the Guest violates the working conditions set out in Section 9.2 of the GTC, if a third party intervenes in the service, or if the Guest fails to follow professional usage instructions (e.g. exposing nails to strong physical impact).
9.4. The Business assumes no liability for damages resulting from undisclosed health conditions of the Guest or events beyond the Business’s control (e.g. the Guest’s own conduct or external circumstances).
9.5. The warranty applies exclusively to the service performed by the Business and does not cover issues arising from improper use after the service.
10. Data Processing
10.1. By booking an appointment, the Guest accepts the Business’s data protection notice, which is available online at https://projectspice-nailstudio.salonic.hu/privacy.
10.2. Data processing by third-party service providers (Salonic, Stripe, Billingo, Google) is also applicable.
10.3. The Guest may exercise their rights in accordance with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR).
11. Image and Audio Recording
11.1. No image or audio recordings may be made on the premises without prior consent.
11.2. For the marketing use of image or audio recordings taken during the service, the Guest’s verbal consent given during the service is sufficient. No personal data of the Guest will be disclosed in the image or audio recordings, and their use is limited exclusively to the Business’s marketing activities.
12. Force Majeure
12.1. The Business shall not be liable for unforeseeable and unavoidable events (force majeure), including but not limited to illness, natural disasters, official measures, technical failures, or other external circumstances.
12.2. In such cases, the Business is entitled to modify or cancel the appointment while promptly informing the Guest. No compensation or other claims may be asserted by the Guest due to the modification or cancellation.
13. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
13.1. The parties shall seek to resolve any disputes amicably.
13.2. Complaints may be submitted in person, by phone, or by email using the Business’s contact details.
13.3. The Business shall investigate the complaint without delay, but no later than within 30 days, and shall inform the Guest of the outcome by email.
13.4. If the Guest is dissatisfied with the Business’s decision, they may seek legal remedies through consumer protection authorities, a conciliation body, or the competent court.
14. Amendment of the GTC
14.1. The Business is entitled to unilaterally amend the GTC and the House Rules at any time and shall inform the Guest accordingly.
14.2. The current GTC is displayed on the premises and available online at https://projectspice-nailstudio.salonic.hu/policy.
14.3. Hungarian law shall govern these GTC.
14.4. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the Hungarian and English versions of the GTC, the Hungarian version shall prevail.
